“Symmetry is all about making sure your body can achieve its full potential.”
Chris Seale

The idea for Symmetry comes from a belief in balancing your body to achieve your best.

Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford was established by Christopher Seale in 2023. Chris has a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, gained from the Sports Massage Academy. The Academy is one of the UK’s leading training providers for professional sports massage courses and continuing professional development.

The qualification means Chris is fully trained in:

  • Understanding the anatomy and physiology for sports massage

  • Applying the principles of exercise, fitness and health

  • Identifying soft tissue dysfunction

  • Meeting professional sports massage practices

  • Delivering effective sports massage treatments

An enthusiastic runner based in Stafford, Chris understands the physical pressures and demands placed on the body over time. From training for his very first half marathon in 2017, raising money for Autism West Midlands and Down Syndrome International in the process, Chris has been making strides with his running performance ever since. In 2023, Chris completed the Manchester Marathon with a sub 3:15 time - his best result to date.

Yet, whether on the roads or trails, pushing for higher miles or greater speed, keeping up the pace isn’t easy - and the impact persistent training can have on your muscles and mind has to be prioritised.

Otherwise, you risk injuries, soreness, aches, pains and knots. All of these stop you from reaching your goals. Ultimately, when your body doesn’t work or feel its best, you won’t perform your best either.

With Symmetry sports massage Stafford, Chris wants to make sure your body is ready to achieve its full potential.
