CANCELLATION POLICY
Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings and will charge you for missed appointments.
More than 24-hour notice - No fee
Less than 24-hour notice or missed appointment - Full fee
Missed appointment and late cancellation invoices have 30-day payment terms. If unpaid, this will remain on file and payment will be required before you can schedule another appointment.
Repeatedly missing appointments may lead to refusal of Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford’s services.
REMINDERS AND REARRANGING APPOINTMENTS
If you’re not able to make your appointment date or time, please give appropriate notice for changes and cancellations. Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford is happy to rearrange your booking to a more convenient time, but please note the responsibility for changes and cancellation notice lies with the client.
When you book an appointment, Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford allocates you an appropriate period of time for this service. This can be difficult to re-allocate at short notice and is unfair for a small business.
As a result, Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford politely asks that you, the client, gives a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend or wish to rearrange your appointment.
