PAST EVENTS

PAST EVENTS

Since starting out at the beginning of 2024, Symmetry Sports Massage Stafford has supported a range of events in the county town and the wider region. It’s always a pleasure to support dedicated athletes, and often help raise some money for worthy causes in the process too.

Events include:

  • GrappleMax

An evening of grappling and jiu jitsu at the Shrewsbury Severn Theatre. With over 20 world-class fighters taking to the stage, Symmetry supported the pre- and post-event massage team, making sure lightweight and heavyweight were feeling fighting fit.

  • Staffs Knot 5 Miler

A 5-mile, off-road course across Cannock Chase, the Staffs Knot 5 Miler is organised by the Stafford Harriers, and is part of the North Staffordshire Road Runners Association’s programme. Featuring a lively race village, with music and laughter, racers who had a sports massage helped raise over £100 for Katherine House Hospice Stafford.

  • Stafford County Showground Relays

Running clubs from across the Midlands assembled to compete in teams of four, with each individual tackling a two-mile leg. Organised by Stafford Harriers, the event is a mixed terrain run, across tarmac, grass and gravel. Again, Symmetry offered sports massages to runners in return for a donation to Katherine House Hospice Stafford, with over £100 raised.
